中文摘要:长期使用的供水管道面临着多种风险,而传统的供水管道开挖修复模式对城市交通和环境造成显著影响,亟需探索 供水管道非开挖修复技术在高密度城市地下管网中的应用潜力。结合深圳市东环二路下穿河道 DN500 倒虹供水管实际工况, 通过多方案比选选择了常温原位固化法,论述了修复过程中的内衬管性能、施工前准备、管道预处理、内衬管安装等关键 控制点,确保修复工艺的科学性与可操作性。工程实践表明,常温原位固化法以成本低、工期短、影响小为显著优势,成 功修复了含多个弯头的倒虹供水管,修复后内衬管表面光滑无缺陷,力学性能和水质指标均满足相关规定,验证了该技术 在复杂工况下的可行性与高效性。非开挖修复技术可有效解决供水管道修复难题,但在实际应用中仍面临着多重挑战,未 来需要进一步建立完整的技术体系、加大国产材料及设备研发力度、完善效果后评价标准以及明确工程定额,以推动该技 术的市场应用与可持续发展。

英文摘要:Long-term used water supply pipelines are subject to multiple risks,and the traditional excavationbased method for repairing water supply pipelines has a significant impact on urban traffic and the environment. Therefore,it is imperative to explore the application potential of trenchless rehabilitation technology for water supply pipelines in high-density urban underground pipe networks. This paper reviews the research progress of trenchless rehabilitation technology for water supply pipelines,and combined with the actual working conditions of the Donghuan 2nd road DN500 inverted siphon water supply pipeline in Shenzhen,the ambient temperature cured in place pipe method is selected after comparing multiple schemes. The critical control points with lining pipe properties,pre-construction preparation,pipe pretreatment and lining installation are also detailed to ensure the scientific and practical feasibility of the repair process. Engineering practice shows that the ambient temperature cured in place pipe method has significant advantages of low cost,short construction period,and minimal impact. It successfully repaired the inverted siphon water supply pipeline with multiple bends. After the repair, the surface of lining pipe is smooth without defects,and the mechanical properties and water quality indexes meet the relevant regulations,which verifies the feasibility and high efficiency of the technology under complex working conditions. Trenchless rehabilitation technology can effectively solve the problems of excavation repair,but it still faces multiple challenges in practical application. In the future,it is necessary to further establish a complete technical system,increase the research and development of domestic materials and equipment,improve the posteffect evaluation standard,and clarify the engineering quota to promote the market application and sustainable development of this technology.
