中文摘要:竖井建设需求快速增长,竖向顶管法可在地表干扰较小的条件下,高效、快速地修建竖井,成为竖井建设新兴方法之一。 然而,在既有水平隧道内部施工竖向顶管,可能引发既有水平隧道结构应力重分布及变形,造成安全风险。基于杭州南环 路综合管廊竖向顶管工程,进行几何相似比为 1:25 的室内缩尺模型试验设计,采用尼龙材料模拟隧道结构,通过分级加 载模拟顶进与回缩阶段的交替作用。设计了隧道结构、模型箱、加载系统及监测系统,为系统分析施工扰动下既有水平隧 道结构的应力演化、变形传递机制及风险控制措施提供可靠的模型试验装置及技术借鉴。

英文摘要:The demand for shaft construction is growing rapidly. The vertical pipe jacking method can build shafts efficiently and quickly under the condition of less surface interference,which has become one of the emerging methods for shaft construction. However,constructing vertical pipe inside an existing horizontal tunnel may lead to stress redistribution and deformation of the existing horizontal tunnel structure,causing safety risks. Based on the vertical pipe jacking project of the utility tunnel of Hangzhou Nanhuan Road,this paper designs an indoor scale model test with a geometric similarity ratio of 1:25. The nylon material is used to simulate the tunnel structure, and the alternating effect of jacking and retraction stages is simulated by graded loading. The tunnel structure, model box,loading system and monitoring system are designed to provide a reliable model test device and technical reference for the systematic analysis of the stress evolution,deformation transfer mechanism and risk control measures of the existing horizontal tunnel structure under construction disturbance.
