中文摘要:矩形顶管工作井在不同始发工况下的净空尺寸设计是城市地下空间开发中的关键技术问题之一。随着城市化进程加快, 地下空间资源的开发利用越发重要,工作井的净空尺寸设计决定着顶管施工是否可行,并影响其安全性和经济性。通过对 整体始发、分体始发以及极限工况下工作井的净空需求进行分析,总结了工作井净空尺寸的设计取值范围,以应对不同的 施工限制。研究结果为地下空间开发提供了合理选择顶管实施方案和准确确定工作井设计尺寸的理论依据,有助于提高非 开挖矩形顶管施工技术的推广,并提高工程建设的安全性与经济性。

英文摘要:The design of clearance dimensions for rectangular pipe jacking pits under different starting conditions is one of the key technical issues in urban underground space development. With the acceleration of urbanization, the development and utilization of underground space resources have become increasingly important. The design of the clearance size of the working pit determines the feasibility of pipe jacking construction and affects its safety and economy. By analyzing the clearance requirements of working pits under overall starting, split starting, and extreme working conditions, the design range of clearance dimensions for working pits has been summarized to cope with different construction restrictions. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable selection of pipe jacking implementation schemes and accurate determination of the design dimensions of working pits for underground space development, which helps to promote the construction technology of trenchless rectangular pipe jacking and improve the safety and economy of engineering construction.
