定向钻钻杆断裂失效浅析

中文摘要：随着新建管道直径的增大，管道穿越施工带来许多挑战，其中一个问题就是施工中钻杆发生断裂。简要分析了钻杆 的失效影响因素及表现形式，并针对某工程现场断裂钻杆进行了宏观分析和试验分析，最终找出该工程穿越钻杆断裂失效 的原因。

英文摘要：With the increase of new pipeline diameter，bringing many challenges to the pipeline crossing， one of the problems is t the drill pipe fracture in the process of construction. The drill pipe is mainly used for transmission drilling rig’s push and pull，torque and mud transportation. This paper briefly analyzes the failure influence factors and the forms on the drill pipe，and carried out macro analysis and test analysis on the fracture of drill pipe based on an engineering site，finally find out the reasons for the fracture failure on the project’s drill pipe.
